Arlington 360 is the redevelopment of the former Symmes Hospital and its 19 acre hilltop campus. In the 1990's the Hospital experienced bankruptcy and the citizens of the Town voted to purchase the property through a tax referendum and to proceed with a community development process for redevelopment of the site.

EAFA was selected to be the private developer of the mixed-use project by the Arlington Redevelopment Board through a competitive RFP process. EAFA then negotiated a land disposition agreement with the Town of Arlington, re-zoned the project with approval of Town Meeting and then proceeded to permit 200 units of flats and town house units (with 15% of the units designate as affordable), a public vista park and medical office building.

The components of the project have been sensitively designed to leverage the site's exceptional views of the Boston metropolitan skyline, the Mystic River basin and the site's unique proximity to open space, the Arlington Bike Path and vibrant Town Center.

The project construction is scheduled to open in the spring of 2010.
